Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. You’ll receive an email within 24–48 hours confirming your order is on the way.

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address to see if local delivery is available. Local delivery is currently available for addresses within the United Kingdom. If the option doesn’t appear at checkout, your address is not eligible for domestic delivery.

Orders placed before 9am on working days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next working day.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 working days using Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days. We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All domestic orders qualify for free shipping. No shipping fees will be applied at checkout. Thank you for choosing us.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed for the full order amount minus return shipping costs. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@trysparkl.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue.
