Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order Cancellation

  • Fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel an Order only in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy. To qualify, Goods must be returned:

  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original instructions, documents, and packaging

Items that are damaged or used beyond opening will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned Goods via the same payment method used for the Order.

Orders cannot be cancelled for:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery
  • Perishable Goods or those that deteriorate rapidly
  • Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has started with Your consent

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings. Goods on the Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information and reserve the right to correct errors without notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. Prices may be adjusted post-acceptance due to external factors such as customs duties, shipping fees, or exchange rate fluctuations. In such cases, You may cancel the Order.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or online payment options like PayPal.

All cards are subject to validation and authorization. If authorization is not received, We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, or annually) based on the Subscription plan selected.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless You cancel or the Company cancels.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel Subscription renewals via Your Account or by contacting Us. No refunds are issued for already-paid Subscription periods, but access continues until the current term ends.

Billing

You must provide accurate billing information including full name, address, postcode, phone number, and valid payment details.

If auto-billing fails, You will receive an invoice to complete payment manually by the stated deadline.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to change Subscription fees at the end of a billing period. Reasonable notice will be given so You may cancel before changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after fee changes constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

Refunds

Except where required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy.

If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will prevail.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of Your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activities under Your account, whether on Our Service or via a Third-Party Social Media Service.
